STRESSED is just DESSERTS spelled backwards

When you are trying to get so many things done, the big question is this:

Ok, I'm just feeling a bit stressed right now. Work. Getting ready to test for a new job at work. Worry about kids. Worring about the upcoming plane trip - and since when did I stop enjoying flying? Worrying about the animals while we are gone.
So.........
all this worry is just counterproductive. I am going to try some of these tips from the webpage and relax.
